About Us

Krista is the Director of Consulting Services and a recently retired Special Education Director from Northside ISD in San Antonio. Now a consultant, she is dedicated to helping others achieve educational excellence for students with disabilities. Krista leads a team that provides program and staffing reviews, tailored training, and technical assistance, with a particular emphasis on addressing significant disproportionality. Her extensive experience and passion for education drive her to support schools and districts in creating equitable and inclusive environments.

Cindy is a former Special Education Director for Region 9 ESC, Wichita Falls ISD and Clay-Jack SSA, a cooperative of eight school districts. Cindy also served as TCASE president in both the 13-14 and 14-15 school years. She uses her experiences to provide trainings and technical assistance on the gamut of special education issues from legal issues, budgeting processes, compliance and performance monitoring, to instructional support, parent involvement and participation and child-centered decision making among many others. 

Audrey plays a key role in driving initiatives that enhance the quality of educational opportunities for students with disabilities. She is responsible for financial management, contract administration, planning, and project management for the TCASE Services by Design team. Audrey also delivers professional development sessions on special education topics and consults on Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE). Her extensive experience as a special education teacher, campus coordinator, district lead teacher, and district coordinator uniquely equips her to support educators.
